WHY CHOOSE A STAINLESS STEEL PAN?
Professional chefs often opt for stainless steel pans, as these pans ensure that you can bake at high temperatures without any worries. In addition, this cookware is completely free of potentially toxic substances such as PFOA and PTFE.
The best baking result
The flat stainless steel baking surface ensures that your ingredients roast and caramelize beautifully. This ensures a beautiful, deliciously crispy crust and full flavor.
A stainless steel pan is ideal for preparing all kinds of dishes, ranging from meat and poultry to vegetables and fish. These pans are mainly known to us for preparing irresistible sauces based on the accompanying cooking residues.
Suitable for all fires
Our stainless steel pans can be used on any type of stove, including induction. In addition, these pans can also be used in the oven thanks to the heat resistance of stainless steel, unlike a pan with a non-stick coating. However, we recommend that you stay within the ideal baking temperatures, which are 170 to 180°C.
From 250°C your ingredients will burn and carbonize and from 350°C stainless steel may start to discolour and that is of course not the intention.
Ecological
The lifespan of a stainless steel pan is very long, when used correctly, which makes them very ecological. Due to the optimal heat distribution, these pans are also very energy-saving. In addition, these pans do not contain any potentially toxic substances such as PFOA and PTFE.
To wash up
Stainless steel pans are very easy to clean, so we recommend letting the pan cool down briefly after baking by leaving a little water in the pan. This way you can easily use a beater to loosen the remaining baking residue. You can then clean the pan with some water and dishwashing liquid, or put it in the dishwasher.
Do white spots or rainbow discoloration remain in the pan after cleaning? These are the result of lime or minerals from your ingredients. You can remove this with BHV vinegar.
